Claudio Balladares

Claudio Balladares was born in Nicaragua, but raised in Miami, Florida from the age of three. Upon graduating from Miami Coral Park Senior High in 2005, he attended the University of Florida wherein he obtained a degree in Criminology in 2009. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Balladares worked as a legal assistant handling personal injury protection matters on behalf of insurance companies. His initial experience in the legal field fueled his drive to attend law school and become an attorney. He attended Nova Southeastern University, where he served as treasurer for the Hispanic Law Student Association (HLSA). He obtained his juris doctorate from Nova and became a licensed Florida attorney in 2016.

After graduating law school, Mr. Balladares worked for a prominent entertainment law firm with many connections to the Latin American market. Since the start of his career, his interest has always been litigation. While at that firm, he assisted with a wide range of legal issues for artists. After his time in the entertainment field, he moved onto a firm wherein he handled a wide range of issues from personal injury protection claims, contract disputes within the aviation industry, commercial business endeavors with clients from other countries, and even land disputes. Eventually, Mr. Balladares began specializing in first party property claims. He worked at a large firm serving as counsel for property insurance carriers. After becoming disappointed with the way insurance companies treated their insureds, he joined Tinelli Fernandez, PLLC to advocate on behalf of clients against the large insurance companies.
